  • Do I need a real estate agent to build a home?

    No, you do not need to have a real estate agent. Our experienced Team is here to help you every step of the way. If you do have an agent they are welcome to represent you and must be present during your consulation to quailfy for our builder referral. If you have real estate questions, contact us.

  • How do I get financing to build my home?

    Our lenders offer construction loans that convert to perm mortgages, with one time closing.  You can even finance the land and the home together. To find out how easy it is, we recommend you speak with one of our preferred lenders.

  • I want to build a home, where do I start?

    Start by contacting us today. We are ready to answer all of your questions and get the process started. 

  • How long does it take to build a custom home?

    We have a 7-9 month build time from the time construction begins. 

  • Can we use our own house plan?

    Absolutely! We are a full custom builder. We welcome you to bring your own plan to build, aor you may select from one of our gallery. Can't find what you're looking for? We can design one specifically for you with help from our talented Team and architect.

  • If building material costs increase after work has begun, how does that affect my project?

    Once we sign your contract, which is a fixed price, your price is locked in. Our trade partners and suppliers will honor the prices given to us at the time of your contract. The only time you would have additional out of pocket expense, is if you decide to make changes outside of your ratified contract.

  • How will we know what the total cost will be when finished?

    You will know the final sales price of your home before you sign the contrat with GC. If you desire any changes to be made after the contract, those would be considered a change order request, and would have to be approved by all parties prior to taking affect.
