Consultation. Contact us to schedule a construction consultation with one of our dedicated team members. we will review your individual wants and needs for your new home, discuss budget and timeline needed to achieve your inspiration. we are here to answer all of your questions and help guide you through the process.  We will put you in contact with one of our preferred lenders to get a pre-approval.

Lot. Do you already have an approved building lot? If so, we can jump right into the plan design! If not, we will work together you find the perfect parcel to build your dream home.

Plan. If you already have a house plan, we will review and provide a cost estimate. Many of our clients select from one of our thoughtfully designed plans. Can't find one that works to meet your family's needs? We also have our own architect and can design your dream home with one of our experienced team members. all it takes is a dream and a little inspiration and we can design the custom plan you've been searching for.

Features. review the features to be included in your new home, from interior and exterior. GC offers exceptional features that are already included in your base home cost. If you choose to upgrade or change any of our already included options, we will review and discuss the options and cost associated with each item so you can make a decision on what to include.

Contract and Settlement. Once the contract is ratified, we will send everything over to your lender so they can begin the appraisal process. The financial process can take 30-45 days to complete. During the financial process we will begin to take the necessary steps to start the permitting process.

Permitting. all necessary building permits will be submitted to the county. Each county has their own requirements and process. Typically, the Permit phase takes 6-8 weeks. We will inform you once the building permit is approved, and we are ready to break ground.

Selections. Once your building permit is approved, you will be contacted by a team member to schedule your selections meeting. During the selections meeting you will select all of the finishes to be used through your home. Please take time during the permitting phase to review available options to help optimize the time spent during this meeting.

Construction. During construction you will have several meetings with our team throughout your build. We will guide you every step of the way and provide updates as the project evolves.

Completion. At the time of the final occupancy, you will have a walk through with your project manager to review your new homes features and ensure everything is complete to satisfaction.
